Our Return Policy

We always want our customers to be happy and will be pleased to answer any questions about the suitability of the product you are ordering for your intended application. So if you have any problems about our product, please contact us at crystalsnova@outlook.com.

1. Cancellation
Due to the original design, and custom services, customers do not support the cancellation of orders 24 hours after the order is placed.

2. Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

3.Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special offers or gift cards.

4. Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 48 hours after the receipt of the product.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at crystalsnova@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep a tracking number when sending out your package as proof. We are not responsible for lost return packages and it is the customer's responsibility to locate the package with the mail carrier if the package gets lost.

5. Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the returned item is damaged or lost on the way back to us, then the buyer is responsible for the loss.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
